Pros and cons of Body Pump classes


This copy what I do is ridiculous — we are supposed to be teachers, not the Pied Piper. In my experience, Body Pump does not help adding muscle mass to my frame. At the same time she has encouraged me to ramp up the weights when doing upper body routines as I have progressed. Cross training is the best way to achieve your fitness goals…do a little of different cardio and strength formats and add yoga for a different kind of strength training as well as flexibility and balance. This one is in the classroom; never bored, eating like a horse, and developing added strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle mass, while lowering my BMI while aging. After talking and working with my teacher Jackie last week, she recommended not using weights for the lunge track for a couple of weeks or so, does anybody have an opinion on that? I got Bodypump certified but due to my horrible experience with Les Mills, will never teach their formats.


So, my Top Secret Garcinia experience was neither super impressive, nor super disappointing. I did like that there were no jitters and no feelings of nausea (some of the other brands, like Simply Garcinia left me feeling a bit woozy on an empty stomach). The weight loss with Top Secret Nutrition was eh, average, but again, if you have a sensitive stomach, it's a pretty decent trade off.

I would say though, still, that this was probably the third most effective brand I've tried with regards to actual number of pounds lost.
