Their main goal is to teach you about healthy eating patterns, behavior modification and incorporating physical activity. Foods are home-delivered, typically in shipments every four weeks, after you place an order online or over-the-phone. The Weight Watchers program is called Beyond the Scale, which still emphasizes weight-loss but does it in a broader context of eating healthier, moving more and making more time for yourself. This is about as easy as dieting gets.
