My Weight Loss Story { Before & After Photos }
I no longer hide behind big clothes. I need something that I can fit into my very crazy, busy life. At over lbs. I kind of got obsessed because for the first time in my life, my body was actually doing what I asked it to do. By the 3rd month, I had lost even more weight and people were starting to notice. I so enjoy you thoughtful emails and look so forward to getting them from you……You have inspired me….

Video of the Day

Marie Osmond

It was worth it! If I could afford it I would love to have a few procedures to feel good about the way I look. Surgery or not, she is beautiful. I would do whatever it would take to improve my looks if I could afford it. She states Nutri system helped her lose weight! Really how come she stated she eats times a day but just a tiny bit! Yes I wish I could she has always been beautiful and a personality to match.

I wish I could do it. Because I would in a New York Minute. Lips, forehead even maybe cheek implants and her neck too.

Are Mormons supposed to be so vain? She seems terribly so. I think she has had some work done, especially her lips. And another thing nurtisystem paid her to sell their product…But do you think they would help me or you?

She might have had lipo suction and maybe that is how she lost 50 pounds….. Whatever procedure s Marie has had, she looks great, imo. I have seen Marie Osmond twice in person in Las Vegas and she most definitely has had work done. Her eyes keep getting smaller and smaller. The more these celebrities get procedures done the worse that they look. I have seen a few in Newport Beach Ca. To each of her or his own. If Marie SO desires to want to look fake, plastic or worse…. I personally do not agree with what she looks like today.

But this was HER choice…she has to live it now. But the more they look fake and plastic…the worse they are going to look like more when they do get or grow older. He is NOT Mormon…2. He does drink alittle..

He has a girlfriend. You all may not believe to this above…but this is very true.. I work with him!! Ohh, no worries there is alot more that u all do not know about Donny Osmond. Something is odd about her face- it is extremely stiff, square, large and full looking. That should tell you something about Nutrisystem right there.

I just want to say Marie is constantly on TV advertising that she lost 50 pounds and look at her wonderful shape. She looks wonderful and I am glad for her. I saw her faint on dancing with the stars. However, she should own up to the fact that her shape is not by just diet. I lost 40 pounds and I have loose skin all over.

She either has a great secret which she should share to shrink the skin or has had surgery to remove it. I just feel she is not being totally honest. It is her business if she did but I feel she is misleading the truth about her wonderful look. It appears she has had her lips, breast, stomach, hips and facial implants, which I think looks ridiculous.

She looks like a chipmunk. I hate seeing those commercials from nutri-system. That program did not do that for her. She looks great but it taks more work than she is admitting too. Celebrity Plastic Surgery 24 What the stars don't want you to know Comments alice woods says: I can keep track of my calories. I can do this. It will be worth it if actually works! There were a ton of Smart Ones meals that I really liked! I also really like the Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza.

Or sometimes I would just have another bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit. If it was one of those days. Dinner — calories — Dinner would be harder, I thought. I still wanted to be able to cook dinner for us at night- but what a PAIN it would be to figure out the calories in every single ingredient I used, add them all up, divide it by the number of servings the dish made, BLAH!

I would never have the patience to do all that!! All I had to do was copy and paste my recipe into the site, put in the number of servings it makes and it calculates everything! It told me exactly how many calories were in a serving- and having to put in the number of servings helped me know how much to put on my plate! And best of all, I could find it all at my regular grocery store Kroger or Publix.

For a week I stuck to the whole calories a day thing. I tracked my calories on SparkPeople. Seeing those results on the scale at the end of the week was enough encouragement for me to stick with it! The first, and probably most important thing- I switched to drinking only water. Since June 1st, I have had nothing to drink but water. Honestly, this was probably the hardest thing I did. Now I absolutely hate, hate, hate taking pills.

Especially those giant horse pills they call multi-vitamins. And especially every day! They taste like the sweet, chewy fruit snacks of my youth. My favorite is the sour gummies. And I can definitely tell- they have made a huge difference. I used to be really bad about getting busy during the day and forgetting to eat- and then eating all my calories at night. And I still get to eat all the foods I enjoy.

We spent a week at the beach this summer and I ate what I wanted. It was indulgent and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Check out comments 23 and for some of my answers to your questions! If you enjoyed this post, follow us day-to-day on Instagram kevinandamanda!

The writer says that sugar is our No 1 enemy, we are actually addicted to it. And she also says that counting calories is wrong. You can take a look at her site if you want: But, in order to make the first step, I gave up sweets until xmas.

Can I ask you ONE question though? What are your thoughts on exercise? Did you exercise at all? Thank you so much for sharing your story! It is very inspiring and encouraging! Huge congrats to you! You look amazing, as always! Amanda — I was one of those Jenny Craig girls. I lost 50 lbs in and promptly got pregnant with twins! However, I just could not justify the expense.

Your plan sounds absolutely doable and a great alternative to Jenny Craig. One thing I did learn while on the Jenny plan was to use vegetables when you need a snack. My favorite snack was carrots, celery and salsa! I did not really follow a regimented exercise program- I do have the dogs, so I take them outside to play, or go for walks and hikes- and I also have a stationary bike that I like to ride while watching TV.

She will kick your fanny! We also have Wii Fit love the yoga and hula hoop game! But I do credit the weight loss more to my diet changes rather than the exercise- cause I had been doing that all along! My ob-gyn even went so far as to say, you can spend an hour on the elliptical machine and burn enough calories to make up for a single serving bag of chips.

You look fantastic, by the way! Way to go Amanda! So enjoyed this blog. Blessings to you this Thanksgiving season! You look great and you have inspired me. I have gradually put on quite a bit of weight over the last few years. I have had a terrible time trying to lose it. I was going to a gym and working really hard, but losing very little. If I could even get down 5 lbs by Christmas, I would be thrilled! Thanks for the inspiration Sister! Water intake…still working on that one. Heard it makes a HUGE difference though! That is great Amanda. I bet you crave the water now that is what happened to me. I did Weight Watchers and went from an 18 to a 2 was a 0 when I started dating my husband…guess that was a shocker for him — hee hee.

Thank you for sharing this with us! I really do appreciate you sharing this with us. I hope to hear you post more about your journey? Amanada, I must say…. I lost my job a year or so ago and I am still unemployed! I have been depressed, I have isolated myself, and as I said, I physically feel uncomfortable. I think everyone is different.

Thank you for sharing!! That is very inspiring! I do wonder though, what did you drink before switching over to water entirely? Thank you so much for sharing the details of your weight loss. It is so hard to do it on you own, but your specifics really create a light at the end of the tunnel. I am totally inspired! I started something similar to this but I let it slip by. I stuck with it for about a week and a half and then just went back to my normal routine.

Oh, and when the second child comes along, see if you have time to eat for yourself! Plus, running after them too! You look awesome…way to go. Wow…you really motivated me!
